The Beach Chip Truck Pickering

It’s a chip truck. You wouldn’t think it would be a fabulous spot to sit back and relax. The wings were awesome; just the right amount of spice. Dwight is a delight! And he has dessert!!! Good thing he didn’t have a liquor license cuz I’d be there all day!!!

Exceptional. Passing through on the way from Montreal to Niagara Falls. Picked here for a stop and very glad we did. Plenty of parking (paid), really lovely female staff member was very welcoming and helpful with the menu. Food was prompt and great value, most of all absolutely delicious Such a great location, really chilled and beautiful by the beach. A must visit for anyone. Enjoy

Nice outside eating area. Good music and vibes. Their poutine is a must haveeee. I've only tried their poutine before but it's been amazing every time, so I'm sure their other food is too

What an awesome spot down by the water in Pickering! This truck has an extensive menu, something for everyone. Our Littles enjoyed the fries, mac n cheese bites, and ice cream. Mom and Dad LOVED the jerk chicken poutine. Don't miss out on that one! Dwight, the owner, made the experience even more awesome with his friendliness and customer service. We witnessed him treating everyone like family or old friends. He takes great pride in his work, which shines through in the food and atmosphere, especially. Make this your go-to spot when heading down to check out Pickering's waterfront. You won't be disappointed!

Surprised me with one of the best jerk chicken poutines I’ve ever had. Not on the menu so you need to ask about it. Worth every dollar.

Amazing experience today at The Beach Chip Truck. Dwight and staff were welcoming and made the best Jerk Chicken Poutine. The attention to creating an inviting space and quality food is much appreciated. Even with the wind and a little rain, Dwight made this a perfect experience. Can't wait to come back to try the ice creme!

I took a chance and ordered the jerk chicken poutine….it was sooo good! The chicken had a mild jerk flavour and it was grilled and had a smoky taste which elevated and enhanced the flavour! The sauce is made in house so it was packed with flavour. We will be back. Thanks!

The Jerk Chicken Poutine is the star of the show. It’s a unique flavour, and it’s done very well. Fries were fresh and crispy, gravy wasn’t too salty, the cheese was balanced, and the jerk chicken maintained its flavour. I’d consider even ordering just the jerk chicken from this place. The yah mon fries are a great alternative if you’re looking for something a bit lighter than the jerk chicken poutine. They’ve got a nice kick to them which isn’t over powering. The portions are generous for the price point, and ingredients are fresh. The owner is super friendly, and takes pride in his work. This location is great in the summer because of its proximity to the beach. He’s got a shaded area, as well as an open area for seating. There’s plenty of parking on the street as well as the parking lot. These are paid options, but there is usually a free 2 hour period. He takes cash and debit only.
